Refund policy
If you don't love your purchase as much as we do, then send us an email at gracefuldesigns20@gmail.com
Due to the handmade nature of the products, there may be slight variations in color or size.
If an item arrives broken, just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Take a photo of the damage.
Step 2: Email the photo to gracefuldesigns20@gmail.com along with your name and order number.
Step 3: Someone will be in touch within 24 hours!
If within 30 days an item just isn't what you expected:
Step 1: Carefully package the item up with love.
Step 2: On the packing slip, please tell us a reason for the return.
Step 3: Email us at gracefuldesigns20@gmail.com so we can send you shipping information.
Step 4: Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your form of payment within 14 days.
There are no returns/ refunds on custom and special order items.
